Q1. What is your MOQ?

A: MOQ for stock 1 PC is ok, but for custom product is higher, different products are with different MOQ, welcome to inquire about our products and MOQ.

Q2. Do you have stock items for selling or can you custom?

A: Yes, we have many box models in stock to choose from, and we can also accept a small number of customized logos. Also we can make customized logo, size, material, color as your requirement .
We can custom your logo on the products, logo print for free once you reach our MOQ.

Q3. What is your sample fee policy?

A: Normally there is stock, we can provide you the free sample, then you just need to pay the shipping fee. If there have no stock, for custom sample, you can send your own designs and sample cost will be discussed according to different value of samples. Sample fee will be refund after order.

Q4. What's your production time?

For Bulk order:
A: If have stock, we can send you within 1 or 2 working days once we confirmed your payment. For the customized, the delivery time for jewelry box is about 20-30 days, and the delivery time for packing product ( paper bags,velvet pouches etc.) is about 15-20 days.

For Sample order:
1.The production time of the jewelry box sample is 7-10 days after we confirm the design drawing.

Q6. Which payment way is workable?
